中午到的上海，马上赶到上外，大概11点半，监考的老师说随时可以开始，我吃完中饭大概12点多就开始了。

先填表，再拍照片。然后就进去了，发了6张纸，2跟铅笔，一个耳塞，其他任何东西都不准带，我还给监考的老师掏了口袋。

运气不错，issue碰到的两个题都比较熟悉：topic1: government should focus more on immediate problems or anticipated problems in the future.

topic2: cooperation more productive, teamwork require cooperation, and motivate people than individual competition

argument讲的是homeowners conserve energy, three old generating plants is enough, not necessary to build a new one.具体题号忘了

考试是全程监控的，今天下午上外只有2个考生，我和另外一个人，那个人1点多才来，那是我都快写完了，我大概2点多出来的。

四个送分学校考完了填，只要记得学校名称和所在洲就行了。
